Every sweep is its own file
Run a sweep on one list, several, or all of them. Each run checks the full citation history of every patent and stays in history until you delete it. You can download it as CSV, Excel or a PDF report.

Prospects are ranked by an overlap signal built from §102 anticipations, final rejections, pending applications and how many of your patents are involved. Open any applicant for a dossier: each rejected application, a timeline of office actions, the examiner’s own text and the current status.
Select the leads. JR3 finds their products.
Tick the prospects worth pursuing and choose Ask JR3. The selected applicants, the citing office actions and your patent open with the chat. JR3 reads the rejections, then finds the commercial product behind each rejected application and cites its sources.
One claim, charted against every prospect
JR3 splits your claim into its elements and maps each one to every product in a single Universal Chart. Every cell has a confidence score and evidence, so the strongest reads and the gaps show at a glance.
From lead list to outreach package
Save the chart to the matter next to the sweep that justified it. Export a formatted Word chart for each product, or an Excel workbook, with citations and confidence kept. Pair it with the applicant’s evidence-pack PDF and the licensing conversation starts from the record.

§102 and §103 citations in USPTO office actions. IDS, non-patent literature and front-page citations are out of scope, and every screen says so.

Names are shown as filed. The dossier reminds you to check the assignment record before any outreach.
Currency on every file
Every sweep and export states the date of the latest office action it covers.
Never “never cited”
An empty result reads “no examiner citations on record” with the window it covers, never a blanket claim.
