November 2026 release · The Noetpad™

Junior, rebuilt around one pad

The Noetpad™ is the new front door to Junior: drop a disclosure or an Office Action, and JR3 names the workflow, reads the record and brings back a first draft you open in the Noets™ Editor, online, with the full JR3 pane beside it. Dockets for patents and trademarks, autonomous drafting in Word, guest collaboration with your inventors and clients, and your own model keys ship with it.

Noets™ · The Noetpad™

One pad. Drop the files, pick the workflow, go.

The Noetpad™ replaces the old home page. Your pinned Matters, Workflows, Dockets and Watches ride the left edge; the document types you file most are gold tabs on the right. Drop a folder and JR3 reads it, lights the matching workflow tab and turns your Skills into contextual ones for that matter.

  • ✓Start a patent application intake in Co-pilot, or hand it to First-Pass and come back to a draft
  • ✓The Noets™ Editor: a native online editor with the Draft, Chat, Inputs, Drawings and Rules tabs you know from Word
  • ✓Open the first-pass draft, then keep working from the Chat tab, with every tracked change attributed
  • ✓Skills and Prompts columns, a shuffle, and pages per practice area: Patents, Trademarks, Agreements, Litigation, Corporate

Dockets: from the docket to Draft response
Dockets module · Major new feature

From docket to first-draft response in a few clicks

Type an applicant, a customer number or a lawyer. Junior resolves the name variants, consolidates subsidiaries and lays out the patent, trademark and litigation dockets side by side, with live USPTO and TSDR status, last action and a computed next-due date on every row.

  • ✓Track dockets by lawyer, customer number or applicant, for patents and trademarks
  • ✓Family overview: priority chain, grants, terminal disclaimers, what is due in 30 days
  • ✓The file wrapper, retrieved live; open the Office Action and press Draft response
  • ✓First-Pass takes it from there: file wrapper, rejections, examiner history, outline, response

JR3 autonomous drafting · First-Pass and Auto-Mode

Fewer steps between you and the filing

First-Pass builds a document autonomously, drawing on your sample datasets, rules and workflows for that document type and on every external dataset Junior connects to. Auto-Mode puts JR3 in the Draft tab of Word: Junior edits drawings, spec and claims wherever they live, and brings the result back as proposals you review.

  • ✓USPTO file wrappers, federal case law and examiner analysis, integrated into the draft
  • ✓Claim charts built for every Office Action ground
  • ✓A context file you can hand to OpenAI, Claude or Gemini to keep working
  • ✓No more toggling between Chat, Drawings and sections: JR3 executes multiple actions as tracked changes

Collaboration & Sharing
Collaboration & Sharing

Your clients use AI. Make it yours.

Build intake forms that include patent search, claim drafting, drawings generation and first-draft preparation, then share them. Inventors, clients, paralegals and associates sign in with their own OpenAI or Claude accounts, work inside your rules, prompts, workflows and templates, and pass the entire context back to you. JR3 adapts the interface to their level and role.

  • ✓Share your team's libraries with guest users: skills, rules, prompts, workflows, templates, training data
  • ✓Version tracking and tracked changes per user; reply to a comment and JR3 executes it
  • ✓Extensive permissions: you control how much a client sees
  • ✓Custom builds: supervise MCP access for your team, vendors and clients
